Lil Animals Crawfish, Inc. is unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products because they are perishable items. Our products are packaged fresh at the time of your order in bulk packaging. For this reason, and our high standards in food safety, returns can’t be placed back into inventory.
Our cajun seasoning and ingredients are of the highest quality and we stand by our products. If you have an issue with the product please contact us within 20 days of your order and we will provide a replacement.
If the shipment was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will provide a replacement. We will request images of damaged product.

ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME: Standard online and phone orders require 3 to 5 business days to process, prior to shipment. If item is not available, a member of our customer service team will contact you to discuss back-order options.
PICK-UP ORDERS: We require a 24 hour notice for all pick up orders (these orders may be picked up between 4:00 pm - 9 pm, Sunday through Friday and 12 noon - 9pm in the dining area or drive-thru. You will be notified via phone or email when your order is complete and ready for pick up. All orders must be paid for in full when ordering online or prior to pick up. If you prefer, if not ordering online when picking up your order you can pay for your order via credit card. We also accept cash for the exact amount of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICIES & STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING: Ground shipments may take between 5 to 7 days to reach you, depending on your location.
